Originally from the Pocono mountains of Pennsylvania, I relocated to the beautiful coast of Southeastern North Carolina with my husband to enjoy the laid-back lifestyle. With nearly two decades of real estate sales experience in North Carolina I am keenly familiar with the myriad of real estate choices available in our area and can assist as both a buyer’s agent or with marketing your home.

I bring a wealth of experience and a personal touch to the real estate industry. With over 10 years as a licensed agent in North Carolina, New York, and Connecticut, I take pride in helping clients achieve their dreams, especially first-time homebuyers. Before becoming a full-time real estate agent, I spent more than 30 years as a Principal Engineering Technician and Construction Inspector for the Town of Yorktown, NY. I hold an AAS Degree in Civil Technology from SUNY Westchester and a BBA Degree in Industrial Management from Western Connecticut State University.

Originally from Connecticut, I now call Sunset Beach, NC, home, where I live with my wife Heather and our lab/hound mix, May. We have two daughters and two stepdaughters, and my passion for real estate runs in the family—my mom was a real estate agent, and my dad was a home builder.

I love exploring the Southeast NC coast, enjoying outdoor activities like hiking, fishing, and walking local beaches and parks. Sharing the charm, history, festivals, and attractions of this area with homebuyers is one of my favorite parts of what I do. It’s incredibly rewarding to help others fall in love with this community, just like my wife and I did the first time we visited.

Brad has over 26 years of experience in the Real Estate industry, much of that time focusing on New Homes Sales & Marketing.

Brad began his career in 1996 with Hodge & Kittrell Realtors in Raleigh, NC where he served The Raleigh Regional Association of Realtors on the Board of Directors, Professional Standards Committees, RPAC & Affordable Housing Committees. Brad earned the CSP designation for Certified New Homes Sales Professional from the National Home Builders Association. Locally, Brad serves on the Wilmington Cape Fear Home Builders Sales & Marketing Executive committees.

Brad joined the Coldwell Banker Sea Coast Advantage team in 2002 and has been fortunate to represent many of the Cape Fear’s finest regional & local home builders.

Bethany, originally from Maryland, has been calling the Carolinas home since 2010. She has a background in financial services and hospitality. When she’s not assisting the team at Kingfish Bay, Bethany enjoys time with her husband, daughter and black lab.

Eric joins the Kingfish Bay Development team as our head accountant. A community development project is built with wood and bricks, but it is also built on spreadsheets and ledgers. Eric brings 25 years of experience in the field of accounting. Working for a real estate investment firm for over a decade, Eric is a specialist in community development projects. While Eric has a passion for the accounting aspect of real estate, his first love is his family.  Married for 30 years with 5 children, Eric is quick to tell you how blessed he has been.

Originally from Grand Island, NE, Tyler resides in North Myrtle Beach with his 3 teenage sons and his wife of 20+ years. He has served in the construction industry in various capacities for over 35 years. After working for a custom home builder through high school, Tye studied architecture at Arizona State University. He put his design skills to use back in Nebraska where he designed custom homes and began a custom framing company. As the industry slowed in the Midwest, he was attracted to the booming Myrtle Beach area in the mid 90’s where he again designed/built many custom homes. His passion for building aligns with the Kingfish team’s vision, striving to deliver a 5 star product.

Tamara C. Warren is an award winning, imaginative, and passionate interior designer with extensive experience in residential and commercial projects for over 30 years.  She is a member of the American Society of Interior Designers (ASID) and earned a general design degree from North Carolina State University in Raleigh, NC and an interior design certification from the former Hillcrest Institute in High Point, NC. She began her career designing furniture showrooms for the furniture market in High Point before moving to South Carolina to concentrate on residential design.
Clients are always her main focus whether it is a multi-million dollar home or a starter home beginning at the plan stage.  Tamara explains that  “It is important as a professional to make my clients’ visions become real while taking away the stress that often comes with all the selections required to build a home. My clients feel more confident and excited about their project when I’m there to guide them through the process.”
She resides in North Myrtle Beach along with her husband, Tye, and their three sons. Believing in community support, she spends most of her extra time organizing events and fundraisers for the North Myrtle Beach High School Football and Lacrosse programs. “A busy mom knows how to multitask because she has to, and this only makes me better at my job” she states. Tamara is proud to be part of such a great team here at Kingfish Bay Development as the Selections Director.

Jesse comes to Kingfish with 28 years of experience in the construction field. Originally from Northeast Ohio, moving to Charleston in 2000 and to the Myrtle Beach area in 2004, he is glad to be here on the coast. Jesse enjoys being outside and spending time with his wife and three children. He is proud to be part of a team that strives for the same goal of building great homes for the residents of KFB that they can enjoy for years to come.

A third-generation home builder with over 50 years of home building experience, Dennis has artfully crafted over 3,300 homes, putting his distinctive touch on every project. His vast experience is not just limited to home building but extends to the intricate nuances of developing 19 subdivisions and executing multiple renovation projects.

Dennis’s proficiency is not just about numbers but also about the depth of his involvement in each project. He has been instrumental in the management and procurement of raw land, ensuring that each project starts on a solid foundation. As a testament to his hands-on approach, Dennis has directly overseen job builds, ensuring that each construction project not only meets but exceeds the standard benchmarks. Further, his expertise encompasses home design and feasibility, ensuring that every home is not only aesthetically pleasing but also functional and sustainable. With his visionary leadership, Dennis has always emphasized the significance of the proper construction process, ensuring quality and longevity in every project.
