Dawson was born and raised in Little River, SC, and has a deep love for the area. Growing up in a neighborhood just on the state line near Calabash, he knows the local community inside and out, and his extensive knowledge of the area makes him a trusted resource for his clients.
Dawson graduated from the University of South Carolina with a major in biology and a minor in business. After graduation, he worked in construction for a year, gaining valuable experience that would later shape his real estate career. At the age of 22, he built his first spec home, which solidified his passion for real estate.
For the past two years, Dawson has been a proud member of the Scott Ellis Ty Bellamy team, where he combines his love for real estate with his construction background to help clients make informed decisions. Whether buying or selling, Dawson is dedicated to making the process smooth, personal, and stress-free for everyone he works with.

Our experience at Kingfish Bay has been amazing!
