The natural beauty of the Carolina coast is front and center at Kingfish Bay, and the Riverfront Park is one of its most defining features. Set along the banks of the Calabash River, this preserved waterfront space showcases sweeping river views, native woodlands, and protected wetlands that will remain untouched for generations.

Designed to complement the surrounding landscape, the park offers a peaceful setting where residents can slow down, reconnect with nature, and enjoy the rhythms of the river. From sunrise reflections to glowing coastal sunsets, the Riverfront Park captures the essence of relaxed coastal living.

Easy Access to the Calabash River

The Riverfront Park provides multiple ways to experience life on the water, whether you prefer staying active or simply taking in the view. Scenic nature trails wind along the waterfront, creating an ideal path for walking, jogging, or quiet reflection.

A dedicated fishing pier and covered pavilion extend over the river, allowing residents to enjoy the sights and sounds of the Calabash River without ever stepping into a boat. Designated fishing areas make it easy to spend an afternoon casting a line, while nearby open shoreline areas offer space for sunbathing, wading, and enjoying the coastal breeze. Together, these features make the park a natural gathering place for both recreation and relaxation.

Nature, River Views, and Adirondack Chairs

The Riverfront Park is equally suited for peaceful solitude or time spent with friends and family. Children can explore the surrounding natural habitats, observe coastal wildlife, and let their imaginations run free in a setting that encourages curiosity and outdoor play.

For adults, the park offers inviting spaces to unwind and connect. Fire pits, Adirondack chairs, and shaded seating areas provide comfortable spots to gather, share a drink, and enjoy conversation as the river drifts by. A thatched-roof cabana adds a touch of coastal character, creating an atmosphere that feels casual, welcoming, and unmistakably tied to life on the Carolina coast.

Customer Reviews

Our experience at Kingfish Bay has been amazing! We are fish out of water (no pun intended) when it comes to new construction and living far away while our home is being constructed has been scary and exciting at the same time, but with Stephanie Spicer (Sales Center Realtor) taking care of us and keeping us updated with information and photos along the way it has been so much less scary and so much more exciting! Stephanie answered all of our questions and she honestly was just as excited as we were to see the progress along the way. We are almost at the end of construction and the whole team at Kingfish has been so accommodating and we couldn’t be happier!
