Jason Faulkner

With more than 22 years of experience in residential construction, Jason Faulkner brings deep industry knowledge and a passion for helping people build homes they truly love. His career began in an unexpected way—while working as a teacher, he launched his own fence company in 2000. That hands-on introduction to construction led to a full-time transition into the homebuilding industry just a few years later, and he’s never looked back.

Originally from New Mexico, Jason has called South Carolina home for the past 30 years. Over the course of his career, he has served in nearly every role the industry offers, from fence contractor and trim carpenter to superintendent, construction manager, and Division President for two regional builders. He’s also a former board member and past president (2018) of the Horry Georgetown Home Builders Association.

Jason’s interest in building goes all the way back to high school, when he participated in a building trades program where students helped construct full homes. That early experience stuck with him, and it’s shaped his approach ever since. He takes pride in delivering not just a finished home, but a great experience—focusing on customer service, communication, and relationships.

Outside of work, Jason enjoys playing golf (or at least trying to). It’s a way to relax and connect with friends, family, and industry partners. He remains active in the local homebuilders association and stays engaged with legislation and trends that impact the construction world.
