This year, Kingfish Bay was featured as the Brunswick County Featured Community, giving Parade attendees a closer look at the coastal lifestyle, home designs, and resort-style amenities that make our Calabash community so special.
The celebration continued at the 2026 Parade of Homes Banquet, where not only did we get a feature spotlight during the ceremony, but the Barbados home plan also received two awards in its category: Bronze and Best Kitchen.

In addition to the awards, Kingfish Bay was honored to be one of this year’s Parade of Homes Featured Communities for Brunswick County. For those who toured during the Parade, it was a chance to experience more than one home.
