October is one of our favorite times of year along the Carolina coast, and this year there’s another reason to visit Calabash. Kingfish Bay is participating in the 2026 Brunswick County Parade of Homes, opening the doors to the St. Nevis for two weekends of tours.

Hosted by the Brunswick County Home Builders Association, the annual Parade of Homes gives visitors an opportunity to tour new homes throughout Brunswick County and see the architecture, craftsmanship, floor plans, and design details shaping new construction across the area. This year’s Parade takes place October 16–18 and October 23–25, from 12–5 PM each day.

For Kingfish Bay, it’s an opportunity to showcase not only a beautiful new home, but also the distinctive approach to coastal living found throughout our gated community in Calabash, NC.

Step Inside the St. Nevis

Located at 2092 Manor Parc Drive, the St. Nevis is a 2,507-square-foot home with three bedrooms, two-and-a-half bathrooms, a two-car garage, and an impressive combination of indoor and outdoor living spaces. The home is currently offered at $1,089,660.

From the moment you step inside, the home reflects the relaxed coastal character that defines Kingfish Bay. An open-concept floor plan connects the primary living spaces, while 10-foot ceilings and expansive sliding glass doors bring in natural light and create a strong connection to the outdoors.

The gourmet kitchen features premium cabinetry extending to the ceiling along with GE Café appliances. Custom trim work and detailed craftsmanship continue throughout the home, including a dramatic floor-to-ceiling fireplace feature wall.

Outside, the home takes full advantage of its coastal setting. Large covered verandas, a private pool surrounded by concrete paver patios, and nature preserve and water views create an outdoor living environment designed for much more than an occasional weekend outside. Upstairs, a spacious bonus room and balcony provide additional room to relax, entertain, or accommodate guests.

More Than a Home Tour

One of the advantages of touring the St. Nevis during the Parade of Homes is that you can experience the home and Kingfish Bay at the same time.

Kingfish Bay is a gated community along the Calabash River, offering residents a coastal lifestyle close to Sunset Beach and the greater Brunswick County area. For buyers searching for new homes in Calabash, NC or a home in North Carolina near the beach, visiting in person provides a much better sense of how the architecture, landscaping, amenities, and natural surroundings all work together. These are also important search areas for Kingfish Bay as more buyers explore new homes near the coast.

While you’re here, take time to explore the community beyond the front door of the St. Nevis. Kingfish Bay offers a Riverfront Park overlooking the Calabash River, a community pool and clubhouse, fitness facilities, walking trails, and a private oceanfront clubhouse at nearby Sunset Beach.

It’s a chance to see what life here could actually look like, rather than simply viewing another floor plan online.
